Cobham’s recruitment takes flight with Alexander Mann Solutions

International aerospace and defence firm selects AMS to manage UK recruitment, contingent workforce and employer branding

Alexander Mann Solutions (AMS), the provider of world-class talent and resourcing functions, has announced that it has been selected by Cobham plc, the leading aerospace and defence specialist, to manage the company’s permanent and contingent workforce recruitment in the UK.

Cobham is an international engineering company specialising in the development, delivery and support of cutting edge aerospace and defence systems. The company has a global workforce of some 12,000 people with 2,500 employees based in the UK.

Alexander Mann Solutions was awarded the three year contract following a competitive tender process. The AMS team will be tasked with providing a centralised recruitment service for all UK hiring activities and ensuring a consistent experience for both candidates and employees. AMS’ Resourcing Communications team will also be supporting the delivery of an integrated employer branding campaign, including a custom-built careers website, to help Cobham develop a high quality pool of talent.
