“Our reputation is built on the great people who work here, who develop and grow in talent. We strive to exceed excellence and that’s why we employ the best people in the industry with the brightest and finest minds. Our clients come to us because they know we’re experts in learning and passionate about technology.”

Sales targets exceeded

Brightwave’s new client business has surpassed targets and demand for its bespoke solutions, as well as for total learning system tessello, is greater than ever before. It has consolidated its reputation for being leaders in the industry with its total learning offering, a concept which has been embraced by L&D teams who are looking to combine formal and informal learning.

In a year that has seen the learning agency increase sales in the US, Brightwave has attracted new business for its solutions division from leading global organisations, including Mars, Coca Cola Enterprises and 3M. Recent projects include virtual reality, gamification and interactive film elements.

Sales for tessello have also exceeded expectations, with new clients, including Tesco Bank, BT Group, Thomson local and media agency OMD, adopting the system as part of their learning programmes.

Caroline Walmsley, Managing Director said:

“We ensure the solutions we craft are customised in collaboration with our clients, meeting their learning requirements and supporting their organisation’s business objectives. Innovation and quality are our hallmarks, and our total learning approach has really resonated with clients this year. Our clients keep coming back and furthermore they recommend our services to their networks; we are in high demand.”

External recognition

Brightwave was ranked in the top 6 European Edtech companies last year and continues to win awards for its content, solutions and products; Silver for Best e-learning project – third sector in collaboration with UNISON, at last year’s e-learning awards 2014.

In addition, Brightwave has received news that it has been named as one of the top 50 LMS providers for 2015 by E-Learning 24/7; further details of which shall be announced shortly.
