Brain in Business celebrates its first century

-

Brain in Business are about to reach their 1st century with their 100th participant at the unique one day Maximising Impact workshop and are celebrating by offering a completely FREE place to the 100th person to book.

Ann Grindrod, co-founder of the web based learning business says “We are passionate about enabling as many people as possible to embrace brain friendly ideas in their learning and at work and as part of our contribution to Learning at Work Day we are offering the 100th person to book for Maximising Impact™ their place completely FREE.”

Interest in Maximising Impact™ – 52 Ways to Present Information Powerfully has been stimulated by the recent accreditation of the programme with the Institute of Training and Occupational Learning.

“When we realised we were approaching our 100th participant” continues Grindrod “we wanted to find a way of celebrating, and tying it in with Learning at Work day is perfect as we have an ongoing relationship with the Campaign for Learning’s initiative.”

And this one day workshop has the figures to back up its claims that brain friendly learning methods improve retention of even the dryest facts. “Throughout the workshop we actively demonstrate the principles and techniques that we are sharing with our participants that they can immediately apply to their own presentations, sales pitches, training sessions etc. 24 hours after every workshop” explains Stella Collins, Grindrod’s business partner “we test how much information people have retained and it’s consistently high.” In their workshop earlier this month there was an average 80% of information recalled which compares favourably with what’s considered the more usual 20% retention rates. This can make a crucial difference for any organisation for whom knowledge or information sharing is important.

Brain in Business really do want everyone to share in their effective learning methods so as well as this offer of a free place worth up to £497 if you book by the 31st May, you will receive a FREE copy of their popular ebook Learning – Begin with the Brain in Mind.

Maximising Impact will be running in the Midlands on 12th June and then again in the South on 16th October.
