AWD Chase de Vere is looking to increase the number of advisers it employs during 2011 and has been actively interviewing and assessing ex-employees from Barclays since the announcement that they were closing their financial advice operations.
Following this process, Dave Fishlock has been appointed as a Senior Manager in AWD Chase de Vere’s Newcastle office, Steve Hearn as a Senior Manager in Manchester and Andrew Pacey as a Senior Manager in Cambridge. In addition, 5 advisers have joined in Newcastle, 8 advisers in Manchester, 3 in Cambridge and 1 in Birmingham.
All of the new recruits have completed an initial two week induction course, which is the first stage of a bespoke training programme to integrate them fully into AWD Chase de Vere.
