ADP announces new Managing Director for UK & Ireland

ADP®, a leading global provider of Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions, has appointed David Foskett as the new Managing Director of ADP UK & Ireland. Promoted from his previous role as DVP Sales & Marketing, David will be focused on driving results, leading growth initiatives and continuing to deliver service excellence to ADP customers. He will be based at ADP UK’s Chertsey office.

Having joined the UK business as a Sales Representative in 2004, David has held various leadership roles within the sales team, becoming DVP Sales & Marketing in 2010. In this role, he oversaw double-digit sales growth and was instrumental in helping the business become a leading HCM solutions provider in the UK market, culminating with the recent launch of ADP® iHCM, its new cloud-based HCM platform.

Prior to ADP, David worked for time and attendance specialists, Blick UK Ltd. He is a member of the Institute of Directors and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies from the Nottingham Trent University.
