Adecco Group announces its own recruitment drive

-

Adecco Group – the UK’s largest recruitment consultancy, announces plans to recruit 160 recruitment consultants during the remainder of 2013 across its professional and technology staffing businesses.

The recruitment drive will increase consultant numbers for Adecco Group across its network of professional and general staffing businesses and demonstrates its plans to grow the number of placements for temporary and permanent professional hires in 2014.

The positions will be created in Adecco Group’s professional business Badenoch & Clark – recruiting experienced candidates into banking and financial services and legal roles– and Modis, Computer People and Spring Technology – Adecco Group’s dedicated IT and technology recruitment businesses.

Commenting on the recruitment drive, Adecco Group CEO Peter Searle said:

“While some employers continue to remain cautious about the prospects for the UK economy we are certainly seeing an uplift in recruitment activity across the professional services sector and our own recruitment drive aims to deliver against our clients’ expectations for access to quality, experienced talent.”

“Our people are the lifeblood of our business and if we are to continue to maintain our pre-eminent position in the UK recruitment market, we need to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet client demand.”
