Health and Wellbeing at Work 2024

-

Greetings and a warm welcome to Health and Wellbeing at Work 2024. I am delighted to be the new Event Director, and I can’t wait for you to see what we have in store this year.

I’ve worked in the events and exhibitions industry for the past 20 years and I still get that buzz from seeing them go from the planning stage to watching them being built.  In a matter of just 1 day, a flat empty floor can suddenly transform into a mini city of exhibition stands and exciting feature areas. There’s nothing quite like when the doors open and the crowds start flowing in, creating an incredible atmosphere of face-to-face interaction and networking.

This year, brace yourself for an immersive experience that champions the latest trends in workplace health and wellbeing and please be sure to check out our website to see the fresh new features and experiences we have coming your way.

Premium Conference Programme and 150+ talks

Our conference programme promises to be a knowledge goldmine, offering valuable insights and innovative solutions that will revolutionise the way you approach workforce health, wellbeing, safety and culture. What else can you expect?

It’s not all serious business – we believe that fostering health and wellbeing in the workplace should be enjoyable! Expect a fun and relaxed atmosphere that nurtures networking and engagement. Connect with like-minded individuals who share your passion and leave ignited with inspiration and know-how.

Exciting new features on the exhibition floor include:

NEW: Puppy Therapy Theatre by Paws in Work

Working with our partner Paws in Work, we will be running half-hour sessions for a select number of visitors with a group of puppies. It is proven that interacting with animals has a positive effect on mental health in humans.

NEW: Sensory Lounge by Nook Pods

The Sensory Lounge, furnished with Nook Wellness Pods will be an area for visitors to rest, work, relax and have some quiet time away from the busy and bustling exhibition floor.

NEW: Wellbeing Café by Liggy Webb

Relax, rehydrate and refresh in the Wellbeing Cafe, sponsored by Liggy Web. Expect a selection of healthy and nutritious ‘crunch nourish bowls’ to choose from and an ideal space to rest and catch up with peers.

It is hard to sum up what you will gain from attending in just a few sentences but if I had to summarise, this is what I would say to expect:

  • Expert knowledge & know-how
  • Your workplace challenges heard and questions answered
  • Inspiration from case studies and your peers
