On Saturday 8 November, in London, Graduate Careers in Africa, Asia and Middle East will be open to the UK’s top international students looking to return home to work, as well as a select group of UK and EU nationals who want to work in Africa, Asia and the Middle East.
Graduate Careers in Africa, Asia and Middle East is organised by TARGETjobs Events in partnership with Global Career Company. Building on last year’s successful launch event, Africa has been included this year in response to student and recruiter demand and to recognise the critical importance of African nations to the world economy.
International students represent around 15 per cent of UK undergraduates and nearly 70 per cent of full-time taught postgraduates. Graduate Careers in Africa, Asia and Middle East aims to meet their need for up-to-date information about careers and jobs by bringing together international students and international recruiters with the active support of leading universities and their careers services.

Entry to the event is selective, ensuring that recruiters meet only well-prepared and motivated students. At the event, they will meet employers who have vacancies in Africa, Asia and the Middle East and they can also take advantage of a range of free presentations, advisory sessions and workshops.
