Jones has a long career as a HR specialist, and is now responsible for supporting the IT, central change, network operations and engineering functions at Virgin Media. His presentation will offer practical tips for developing businesses and adopting correct behaviours, say Symposium, and will develop how business partners can increase their impact on the business and highlight essential expertise and areas for focus they need.

Fiona Thompson, Group Head of Learning and Development at ATS Euromaster

Fiona Thompson’s career has covered many sectors whilst working in HR. During her time at ATS Euromaster she is credited with playing a pivotal role in driving forward a major cultural change programme. Symposium have announced that her presentation will show delegates how HR can play a part in turning around an organisation, harness talent and have an overall positive effect.
