Symposium’s Workplace Wellbeing and Stress Forum 2015, now in its tenth year, will be held in London’s iconic Canary Wharf on November 26. The conference will offer HR, OH and wellbeing professionals the chance to uncover both the strategic and practical elements of implementing wellness programmes, building resilience and tackling stress amongst employees, as well as discussing the business case and getting buy-in from senior leaders.

With the event just around the corner, we can now report that ARUP’s Evan Davidge will be amongst those speaking at the event.

Evan is Head of Reward, UK Wellbeing Project Leader, ARUP.

Evan is the head of reward and UK wellbeing project leader at global engineering and design consultancy ARUP. His experience has been largely gained through the armed forces, financial services, central government and professional services; which has given him a breadth of experience allowing him to specialise in total reward and employee benefit solutions.

As a retained consultant at ARUP, acting as UKMEA Head of Reward, and also specialist thought leader globally, he has led the design and implementation of a multi-award-winning healthcare programme.

In his session at the Workplace Wellbeing and Stress Forum, Evan will be exploring the practical implications of introducing a wellbeing culture within an organisation; and will be addressing the following points:

  • Looking at the why and how.
  • Making sure it’s sustainable.
  • Changing the organisation culture.
  • Measuring the results.

The event will focus on improving the quality of working life and the development and implementation of successful wellbeing programmes, enabling delegates to uncover the best strategic and practical elements to implement a wellness programme in their organisations.

You can visit the event page to find out more about Evan and the other expert speakers that will be presenting at Symposium’s Workplace Wellbeing and Stress Forum 2015 and book your place today.
