Human Capital Economy

The first edition of Human Capital Economy CEE Congress is being held on 7th-8th of October 2015 in Warsaw. The event aims to establish an effective platform for dialogue at European level dedicated to creating a competitive advantage in an economy based on human capital.

The conference is organised by Employers of Poland, Rzeczpospolita, central & eastern Europe Development Institute and MM Conferences SA. Special keynote speaker is Brian Tracy – world-renowned leader and Chairman of Brian Tracy International.

The content and agenda of the event is prepared by the members of the Advisory Board under the Chairmanship of President of Employers of Poland – Mr. Andrzej Malinowski and under Honorary Chairmanship of Minister of Labour and Social Policy, Mr. Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz. Due to the growing influence of migration on the development of the economies in the countries of Central and Eastern Europe it is necessary to take appropriate actions in government administration, institutions, associations and in the largest companies in our region.

This should result in increasing the attractiveness of the labor market in this part of Europe e.g. through implementing the relevant legislation, adjusting the educational system, the application of innovative methods of motivation and appropriate talent management.

An international formula of the congress focuses both on countries of East-Central Europe and the Baltic Sea Region and it guarantees creating a platform for exchanging experiences in efficient use of human capital. Choosing Poland as a congress host will play a key role in strengthening the position of our country in shaping an effective use of human capital which is a key element of the success of 21st century economies.

Futhermore, during The Grand Gala – 7th October 2015 at 7pm in the ballroom at Sheraton Hotel in Warsaw, there will be held the award ceremony of Human Capital Awards. The aim of the competition is to promote personalities, projects and employers which have a positive impact on the development of the Human Resources sector in Central and Eastern Europe Region. Human Capital Awards are awarded by independent competition jury in which we will find authorities from the Human Resources and Employment sector.
