Leah Gray is the Benefits Manager for Marsh McLennan in the UK and Ireland. Looking after a population of over 13,000 colleagues, with a real passion of improving all aspects of wellbeing, particularly financial wellness. She also has a keen interest in supporting as many different groups within the workforce as possible, such as working parents, colleagues with caring responsibility and those starting out in their career.

A former editor of HRreview, James then spent seven years at specialist retailer Planet Organic as the architect of their learning strategy and apprenticeship programmes before moving to Guardian News Media in June 2022.
