With over 15 years of experience in health and wellbeing, Kirsty is passionate about improving lives. As Wellbeing Programme Director at Nomura, she raises awareness and engagement around onsite wellbeing support for over 25,000 employees. She leads Nomura’s global wellbeing strategy, oversees ERGs and wellbeing champions in the UK, and manages clinic and fitness services to support employee retention, culture, and talent acquisition.

Becky has more than 12 years of HR experience and is now a fertility blogger, patient advocate, and founder of Paths to Parenthub, a virtual support platform. Following her personal fertility journey, Becky became a vocal advocate for improved workplace support and has appeared during BBC Fertility Week to raise awareness on the topic.
