Intercomp Global Services names Luc Bosserat as CEO

The Board of Directors for Intercomp Global Services (Intercomp), a leading international BPO company, today announced that Luc Bossaert has been appointed Chief Executive Officer.

This appointment reflects the company’s strategy to grow its global market share in the international payroll and HRA outsourcing markets, and to become the leading global payroll provider for multinational companies.

Michael Ramke, investor and board member of Intercomp commented, “We are delighted to welcome Luc Bossaert to our executive team and look forward to his expertise and leadership. With our loyal multi-national client base and industry leading management team, Intercomp is well positioned for continued growth.“

Prior to joining Intercomp, the new CEO was a founding executive with Arinso International and most recently, after the acquisition by Northgate, the Executive Vice President with NorthgateArinso. Luc Bossaert built Arinso from a startup entrepreneurial company implementing HR solutions for small companies to become a leading global HR & Payroll service provider.
