Gallagher announces appointment of new Benefits & HR Consulting Division Chief Revenue Officer

Gallagher, a global business insurance, risk management and consulting services company, today announced the appointment of Alistair Dornan as Chief Revenue Officer of Gallagher’s Benefits & HR Consulting Division in the U.K.

In his new role as Chief Revenue Officer, Alistair will oversee all revenue generation processes at Gallagher’s Benefits & HR Consulting Division.

His remit includes managing and ensuring alignment between all teams to maximise effectiveness, drive profitability and deliver solutions to successfully help organisations attract, retain and engage the talent they need to meet their business goals.

Previously Director of the People Experience Consulting Practice at Gallagher, Alistair is a recognised leader and keynote speaker in the field of organisational wellbeing, strategy and performance, with a focus on healthcare systems.

With vast experience working on several of the U.K., Europe and North America’s most complex healthcare, benefits and performance projects, Alistair will offer insights spanning a multitude of industries and sectors.

He will focus on improving client offerings leveraging technology, data-led solutions and managing organisational change. In addition, he will lead the charge to solve the most pressing needs of Gallagher client’s people and member challenges as well as build a team of curious, customer-focused experts.
