Alexander Mann Solutions (AMS) has today announced that, for the third year in succession, the company has been named as the Global Market Leader by HR and outsourcing magazine, HRO Today, in its annual ‘Baker’s Dozen Customer Satisfaction Survey’, an annual listing of the top recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) providers. The win reinforces Alexander Mann Solution’s position as the world’s most geographically diverse provider of RPO services, and demonstrates the consistently high standards that AMS offers its clients in a global business environment.

HRO Today’s’ Bakers Dozen’ listing is based upon a survey of existing buyers of RPO services and is recognised as the largest buyers’ survey covering the RPO Industry, as such the fact the company has also been once again recognised as the leader in ‘Breadth of Services’, re-affirms its diverse ability.
